How to Turn Meeting Notes Into Action Items With AI

Meeting notes are only useful if they become action. AI can help convert rough notes into a clean follow-up, but the prompt needs structure. Without structure, the result may be a pleasant summary that hides the most important question: who is doing what next? The goal is not to create a perfect transcript. The goal is to turn a messy meeting into decisions, action items, open questions, and follow-up communication that people can actually use.
